Unable to post action plan if we didn't create the 121 entry

For both parties to post their 121 at the comment section , we need to both create separate 121 entries; so there would be incidence of duplication. Maybe an action plan section or button that both parties can access to.

  @tong - this was a very interesting exercise. In all the time we have been using slips in this manner we haven't heard any suggestions about the 121 slips being one sided for editing.  I can confirm this is the case and we will add this to our list as something to look into for the future. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

  1-2-1 is only needed to be posted by one party for both. Action plan is layout and agreeable by both parties. The review can be viewed in web version.

  That said, it is a good idea to have both be able to edit the same 1-2-1.
