  @malcom - I think we may have already answered this via support ticket, but just in case....  You happen to be in the CA Orange County SOUTH region and Keith is in the Orange County SOUTH region.  At this time we can only refer within the same region.  We are hoping to have the ability to do cross region (within a country) referrals a little later this year.  Hope this helps!

  Hi Malcolm,

  I think you are referring to Cross Chapter referral. When you are posting referral slip, is there a magnifying glass beside the members drop-down list? If it is not there, you need to speak to your regional director to turn on Cross Chapter activities. This function is controlled by regional office.
