Follow up field suggested for referrals

Can we add a field to referrals section for follow up notes? This way, we can keep track of follow up and notify referring members of our progress.

  @leslie - incorporating the "Referral Tracking Sheet" into the mobile app is definitely on our list and we have added your vote to it.  Thanks a bunch and we look forward to it in the future!
