Inviting from the app
While inviting from the app, there's a section to add personal message. In the final mail this personal message comes at top and the bofy text starting from 'You are cordially invited....' comes after the personal message. This should be reversed. The mail should start from you are invited leading to personal added text by sender.
Or alternatively, the whole mail body should be visible to the sender to fill in relevant details like chapter name, contribution etc. at the appropriate designated slots.

@sangeeta - While the "fillable form" is not possible at this time based on the back end infrastructure, this is a template that is able to be edited\modified by your regional office and Executive Director. Please speak with your local team who can change where the text is located or further update it for regional preferences.
