Where are they on the website?  I cannot find them, or really anything close to them.

  @scott

  There are a number of things available by clicking on the MORE icon then going to the Resource Center.  However, this type of President Report is something that is usually done on a region by region basis as it is customized to local practices.  You may wish to follow up with your regional office or director consultant.
