Cross chapter referrals not working

I cannot search for a member cross chapter. I've fully entered all of their information into all search fields and no results come up using multiple searches

  Joseph - I just checked and cross chapter referrals should be available.  Here is a quick view:

  Hi Joseph,

  Currently, cross chapter is only available in the same region. Even with that, regional office needs to turn that feature on. You can verify that by checking if there is a magnifying glass beside the member's list. If there isn't, the feature is turned off. Please clarify that with your DC.
