The email invite informs visitor to reach at 8 am instead of 7.30 am.

  @manish - The visitor invite pulls the time automatically from the chapter settings in BNI Connect.  Please check with your chapter director consultant or Executive Director to be sure the chapter is set correctly.  If it isn't they can adjust it through the system.
