Cant enter Ceu credits

I can't get a ceu credit to register when I click on the circle

  @amy - The CEU credit is more of a scrolling wheel than it is a click or tap.  Can you try swiping the number up or down to move the credit along?

  Mobile app has issues with not allowing me to login. I have to regularly uninstall and reinstall the app to gain access. Nexus 6P device. Also CEU credits do not seem to show on going for the green report when entered through the app.
