  Tim - I just double checked and your region should be allowing cross chapter referrals within your area.  Here is a quick view:

  Hi Timothy,

  It's called cross chapter search. Currently, cross chapter is only available in the same region. Even with that, regional office needs to turn that feature on. You can verify that by checking if there is a magnifying glass beside the member's list. If there isn't, the feature is turned off. Please clarify that with your DC.
