    This is currently able to be done in the full web experience through the referral tracking sheet:

    We have some similar requests to add this type of functionality in the app and think it would be helpful to be able to follow up on the referrals as well!  Thanks so much for the suggestion, we have it "on the list" for future prioritization!

    I was referring to a confirmation. This just says that it was recorded. I don't know if the other person actually received it. I am not sure I'd want be required to provide what action was taken, just a note that the person did get it. Maybe a little 'open email icon' confirming it was read.

    For example, if I send an email through my CRM, I can see the other person has at least opened it and it was not lost in junkmail.
