TCFCB Amount will not accept non whole numbers

For example, I can't enter $100.50. In fact after initially entering the previous amount, I can't then go back & enter $100.00.

It will take $101.00 though.

  A member from our group was just saying that the app wouldn't accept his TYFCB either. I didn't inquire if his total was in  whole numbers or not. Then he said it wouldn't record it on the desktop version either.
