How long
I know we got some new people in our chapter. In fact, I'm pretty sure we just got a new HVAC guy. We also got a new filtration guy. They're still not on our roster. I want to give them my referrals but I can't find them on the roster. How long does it take to get everything updated?

You need to refer back to your regional office. The regional office takes care of members registration and activation. If you do not know where or who, please ask your Director Consultant for help.
