Refer outside my chapter

Is it still a weakness in the system that we can not refer outside our chapter? To me this is in direct conflict with the BNI philosophy.

  @mark - you should be able to do this now by clicking on the Magnifying Glass icon next to the drop down list of chapter members.  Right now, that is limited to only your region (which is the same as within BNI Connect) but we hope to open that up cross region within a country a little later this year.
