"Other" line for slip entry

You need a line for other for new persons who have been inducted but are not yet on the system OR for members of other chapters

  @michael - Robin is correct on this one - the delay comes down to a lag in data entry.  Hopefully someday when we have online applications this will help speed up this process a bit.

  You can click the magnifying glass to the right of the drop down box to search for members in other chapters. That still might be limited regionally, but has always worked for me to enter cross-chapter 1-2-1's and referrals.
  The lag for new members can sometimes be frustrating, and it was always that way with the website as well, so it just fell onto the VP to save the slips until the new member is added to the system. I guess it still just comes down to having a system for your individual chapter to follow during the first few weeks worth of your new member's slips.
