Cross chapter referrals

It would be great to be able to give referrals across chapters as we do already with chapter members.
Ability to search for the member by name would be ideal.

  @sash - you should be able to do this now with any other member of your region.  When you get to the referral drop down, next to it is a MAGNIFYING GLASS - click that to search cross chapter for a member in your region.

  Note - the ability to search anywhere within a country is being considered for later this year!

  Hi Jeremy, I used to be able to do this about 2 months back but currently when i try to give a cross chapter referral The search function returns back empty, ie no member matching criteria. I've tried this with multpile cross chapter referrals with different people with same result. Please advice.
