Tyfcb bug - valid refferal amount
So it won't allow a decimal amount. Not big deal.
However the notification should clarify what "valid" is.
Moreso, the form cannot be submitted unless the dialogue is cleared which leads to confusion once a "valid" amount is entered.

@Evan - thank you so much for bringing this usability concern to our attention. This is something we should be able to clarify soon through the verbiage on the screen when we are able to begin "translating" the system. Thanks for your patience and we'll get this updated soon!
