1. While entering referral why can't it pick tel num from our contact list/ phone book
2. Palms should be visible

  - This should be possible now by clicking on the phone book item?  Are you getting an error message?  Is the feature not there?

  2. Palms should be visible
  - Are you requesting that the PALMS report is accessible in the app similar to the PALMS Reports in the full system? 

  
  3. TYFCB received should be visible
  - The number is on the home screen, but are you referring to full reports like with the PALMS?

  I have the same issue with selecting a contact, when you search contacts the app crashes
