Joel - you should be able to search for other members to record a 121 with using the MAGNIFYING GLASS:

Kindly note that you are restricted only to people in your immediate area for now. The ability to allow for cross region reporting across the country should be available later this year.

I tried that. The magnifying glass did nothing. I pressed it several times but nothing happened.

The cross chapter function for TYCB worked beautifully yesterday, did not work this morning at our chapter success forum, and is back up and running right now.
