Controll letters

Plz provide an option to send controll letters for members in Chapter Vice president or head table discreation.

  @krishna - At this time we are focusing on MEMBER functionality rather than Leadership and Director functions.  That said, we will be happy to add this to the list should a LT\Director app or functions be considered in the future.
