Better CRM from BNI CONNECT.
BNI CONNECT (BC) has a great opportunity to provide a greater value to BNI members and to BNI Directors and BNI Franchise owners if the referal follow up could be like a GOOD CRM.
More than 60% of the BNI members do not interact with the referal status follow up of BC because it gives little value to anybody. It does not allow interaction with other communication tools (WhatsApp, email) not provides any type of data or reports to the members or the Directors.
What is the % of Closed leads with GENERATED SALES?
What is the % of Closed leads with no sales?
What is the % of pending referals?
Can we see a funnel with status and number of referals?
Are the % of succesful leads increasing over time o decreasing? By members and by chapter and by región and by country??
You have a enourmous opportunity to provide value yo your customers (BNI MEMBERS AND BNI DIRECTORS).

I totally agree. Focusing only on the amount of TYFCB isn't enough. We have to know at least how many referrals have lead to business whatever the amount was.
