Invitation Emails

Is there a way of customising the email invitations to guests to show they are from a particular chapter?
And has there been any advancement on the question asked 4 years ago about the formatting of the email invitations? As they are still showing the email in the same format as below:

  @pauline - kindly note that the emails are customizable by your regional office.  Please contact your Managing or Executive Director for more information.  If they need assistance with how to do that, they can contact our support team at ticket@bniconnect.com for instructions.
