Hello Team! I am Harsh Keshri, Vice President of BNI Prime chapter, Lucknow - North, India. Option to enter 4th Medical, substitute or Absent should be removed. For Ex: the site should not allow attendance under these 3 heads if the entry for them for a member are over.

  @harsh - disallowing it may not be advisable due to the fact that the policy states that the category MAY be opened - it is not an automatic dismissal at that point.  However, it would be helpful to have a visual indication perhaps that lets one know that they have hit a limit.  We have added that to our list!

  Hope you are fine and doing good! 

  Thank you for your response. I think visual indication is a great idea as it will prompt the LT about the circuit limit hitting of each member and further reminding them that control letters need to be issued.
