Automated posts for visitors
Hi there. I am the Secretary treasurer of BNI Rhino Chapter in South Africa. I mark visitor's present after meetings and would find it very beneficial to be CCed in the automated emails which are sent to visitors after meetings.
When I do a follow up call, the standard response is 'I never received that email' which I know is rubbish, but if I was CCed, I can say, not a problem, let me send it to you again.
Maybe chapters can nominate who they would like this person to be - the visitor host/ST/president - it doesn't matter who, it just needs to be accessible to someone in the chapter who does follow-up calls.
