Easy way to mark visitors as NOT attended if they are "no shows"
We love the new visitor portal and how is easy it makes it to mark visitors as attended when they DO attend the meeting. However, is there an easy way to mark in the system when a visitor does NOT attend so that they received the correct automated follow up emails?

Just leaving them unmarked is the equivalent of marking them not attended. In other words, everyone remaining in the list will automatically get the "we missed you" email. People that did attend automatically get moved out of the list. So in that way, all past people in the registration database are "no shows".
Not sure if that helps?
That said - we will add this to our list to specifically have a "didn't attend" button.

Same concern, I'm an ED now a member and sitting VP, I would love to see a clean dashboard and reduce clutter. Clicking did not attend and archiving would be ideal. If a visitor books again, we can recupe from the archives instead of deleting.
