report to show out of chapter referal

As a VP, I would like to be able to run a report that summarizes out of chapter referrals.  Specifically what categories are going out of chapter.  Our chapter in general has requested this so we know who to recruit and say to them we currently have a few or many referrals for your category going out of chapter.

If we want to do it now, I am stuck doing a slip audit report for each week and then figuring out what category the out of chapter member is in.
