    Dear GST,
I think the email you sent about this misses a very important fact. That the IP will be provided later and when exactly it will be provided. When and on what channel will we get this information?

The IP Address will be provided within a few days of the actual update.  It will be emailed out and updated in the instructions here.

Does this impact on any other settings (eg payment gateways)?

@tim - arrangements have been made to accommodate for the payment gateways directly as there were very few people individually affected by this.

    Jeremy, the instructions say

You should also add a second entry as a backup with the IP Address 3.124.101.245

I see where you add a record, but I have never done it. Are there specific instructions or is it something that I cannot mess up.

    Please advise.

@brenda - it really depends what system you are using.  In GO DADDY there is an ADD button at the bottom of the screen.  You just want to replicate that it is an A record and the @ symbol.  The @ symbol means that if someone types in just the bare domain ( bniregion.com) without the www it goes there.  You can also add the second record for the www CNAME record if you wish.

If you want to send screenshots in a support ticket we can help you that way as well!

NOTE: DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON!!!!!!!

    Hi jeremy

We use sage pay to take payments which integrates with connect. I'm pretty sure there is a section in settings that allows connections for the API from authorised IP's only.

See attached the IP section in sage pay.

Craig - I believe instructions were sent out individually to SagePay users separately to address this.  There are only a small number of people that this affected so it wasn't sent out to the entire world as part of the general update  :- )

    Hi Jeremy,

We're not using CloudFlare. Our DNS is on GoDaddy and the A records point directly to the new IPs you gave us. Site works, but how to set up SSL? That "your connection is not secure" isn't very professional, lol...

    thanks..
