Members may register a prospective visitor for an upcoming chapter meeting. This can greatly increase visitor attendance and assist with preparation for the meeting. Once a visitors registered, they will be entered into the prospective visitors database and the chapter leadership is notified that there has been a new visitor registration. The visitor will also be reminded 2 business days before the meeting to attend.

My region are using it and it is so much more professional.
Saves loads of time too for the VHC and TS.
Our Chapter XCELL has started using this option from this month.
Is there a way to change a visitors date that they are visiting without reentering the info?
Is there a way to invite a prospective visitor before they have confirmed? meaning the email they receive assumes you spoke to them personally, is there a way to send an email invite they would respond to? This would be extremely helpful if we could personalize the letter that goes to them with some specifics about our own chapter. Appreciate hearing back if anyone knows.
It would be helpful if the notification to the leadership included the identity of the person who did the registration.
After submitting one, I received emails from two different leaders asking if I knew the person.
Agree with Mr. John Fabrega. Would be so much easier if we could see ID of the person WHO registered the visitor in BNI Connect.

I believe the person entering the visitor should also get a notification. I am always wondering if the system worked when I get no notification.
How do you change the date/meeting of when a person will be coming?
It would be interesting ifwe could type by ourself the profession of the visitor.
Now we we are lising so much time to searching it in the lust and don’t find it....
