Navigate to the Chapter Operations Menu
Verify Your Chapter Selection and Choose Your Operation
- Verify your Country, Region and Chapter selection
- Click on Mentoring Program
- Click on View Mentor/Mentee
Choose a Start\End Date
View Mentoring Relationships
- Date Selection for viewing mentoring pairs.
- Chapter Name is displayed in this column.
- The Date the mentoring relationship started is displayed in this column.
- The Mentor is displayed in this column
- The Mentee is displayed in this column.
- FUTURE and CURRENT mentoring pairs may be edited or deleted.
Edit or Delete Mentor Pairs
Adjusting the Mentor
- Choose the date when the new mentor will be taking over the relationship.
- Choose the Mentor that will be assigned to the mentee.
- Press Submit to save your changes.
Following the reassignment, the new Mentor will begin receiving the emails for the mentoring relationship.
Return to the EDIT MENTOR Screen to Review Historic Changes

I've been recently assigned to Mentor Coordinator position. After click on the "Operation," no "Mentoring Program" can be found in the menu. Any possible problem to be solved prior to assign Mentor/Mentee Pair?

Great to hear from you, hope all is well! Certificates and other recognition is done on a local level - currently, there isn't anything in BNI Connect that signifies this completion (though I think that is a great idea). The best bet is to check in with your Chapter Director Consultant to find out more about how that is done in your region.
