What do we do when the report is incorrect, and it says we don't have someone in a category that we is already taken by a current member? How do we correct the report???

This problem has been around as long as I can remember.
Please correct or show us how
Still broken. Shows categories that we definitely do have in the chapter.
@david - we are still in the middle of a multi year project to update the categories.
The problem right now is that there things like:
So if you have any one of those, the other two will still show up in the list. Once we are able to remove the multiple overlaps of redundant categories, the report will eventually get better and more accurate.
The categories are being updated to the new version as members renew, so this could take 2-3 years to get fully cleaned up.
Hope this helps!
Suppose, a member wants a category eg. Business Automation / WhatsApp Automation, but the classification is not available in the list...how to proceed
@chandan - there is an "other" category that allows any category to be entered. If enough of the custom categories are requested in a given period of time, it is then added as a permanent category in the system.
Hope this helps!
@Jeremy,
I am looking and do not have the option to view this report. As the new chapter VP should I have access?
