Usually, when an application fails to submit it is because it has stumbled upon an email address conflict. Here is how to fix this!
Occasionally this email conflict will occur in a "hidden" system record. Becasue email addresses must be unique in the system, it will generate an error.
Alternatively, you can send an email to support@bniconnect.com. Please be sure to include your region, the chapter, the member name and the email address that is in conflict. Once the conflict has been resolved you may enter the email address into the member's profile manually.
