…Good morning, afternoon, or evening, everyone. Welcome to our tech talk today. for those of you joining us, right away here, just wanna remind you that this webinar will be recorded. If you do not want to be a part of the recording, I do recommend that you, jump out of the recording now, and come back and watch it later. so with that said, I'd like to welcome everybody today. We have, just gonna give a couple of minutes for everybody to get, connected here. let's say hello to some people. Leandro Mota from Brazil. Welcome, and thanks for being the first one to say hello today. let's see. We got Eric from Austin. We've got Shahaba here today saying good morning. We've got Kiran saying good morning. Pasqualino, says good morning. Yagnesh and Rafael and Linda and Shannon and Titola and Duncan and Highway and, oh, let's see. Pankaj and Randy and, Mark Hackbarth, of course, is here. he says it's very foggy in Wisconsin today. let's see. We've got, Angeline here from Jakarta. Welcome. let's see. Kieran, thank you again. Santosh and Sanjay and Silva, from Italy. very nice to see you guys all here today. Claudia and Johan. let's see. Stephanie and Randy. Thank you guys so much for being here. Sam Spuler from…sunny Philadelphia. So, thank you, Sam, for, being here for the backup. I appreciate you very, very much. Alright. So let's go ahead and get rolling with, today's b and I tech talk where, we do some short dives into b and i's…online technology platforms, and it is quite the ecosystem. we have a lot of stuff on there. We have, of course, it all centers around BNI Connect where we keep all of our data. Then we have that single sign on gateway, which is my b and I dot com that actually uses, the authentication from BNI Connect. From there, you can access all of our platforms, BNI Academy, BNI Insights, BNI Plus, Ask Ivan, leadership team hub, marketing hub, and, of course, BNI Connect itself. So…with that…my name is Jeremy Walsh. I've been, you know, involved with BNI for about twenty four years now, held all sorts of positions. I'm still a member of a chapter as well as helped to support people around the world. I have an amazing team behind me that does, most of the heavy lifting of answering tickets and questions and things like that. I got, of course, myself. I'm here in Rhode Island. we've got Riaz Mahendi. He is in Malaysia. Monique Ducasse, she is in Connecticut and has been with us for quite some time now. Samantha in Germany, Jessica in Massachusetts, and Lilith in Chicago. see…together, they, helped to support over three hundred and fifty five thousand members, seventy eight countries, twenty four hours a day, six days a week, six hundred and forty five thousand support tickets. And we have, my cat Rigby here to say hello to everybody. Say, meow. Hi. This is, Rigby. She jumped up on my desk… I'm going to extricate her over to the, over to the bed over there. So, very soft landing. Don't worry about it. so with that, let's get going. We have our BNI Burr chapter that we're gonna visit today. we're gonna say hi to some people there and, continue our work… If you would like to put your favorite core value into the chat message, I would love to see what that is. Of course, we have giver's game, building relationships, lifelong learning, traditions and innovation positive attitude, accountability, and recognition…My two favorites, as always, traditions and innovation and positive attitude. truly believe in the positive attitude one. Can't wait to, share my positive attitude with a whole bunch of people next week in…Monaco or Monaco. I I hear it pronounced both ways. Up until this past year, I've never heard it pronounced as as a, you know, as an American. I've never heard it pronounced Monaco before, but it seems like a lot of the world pronounces it that way. So, anyway, that's where I'll be next week. so there will be no tech talk next week, but I look forward to seeing you guys the week after. Some, things that…what do you call them? Housekeeping. Lost my train of thought there for a second. Housekeeping stuff, one registration link. We do this every Friday just about and, about thirty minutes, and we record them, upload them, and make sure that if you wanna ask me a question, please put that on, the q and a. I do have one question here from Margaret Gallagher. She says there's a lot of feedback. Is it on my end? you guys getting feedback? I'm not seeing any indication that there's any feedback. It's my regular microphone, my regular voice… so I don't have multiple microphones or anything. everybody else is saying it sounds pretty good, so, I apologize. It might be your connection. And, yes, you do get a CEU. Make sure that you give yourself a CEU for today. only if you stay till the end, though. Alright? So, with that, let's get going. here's the stuff that we've talked about, over the course of several weeks. Lots and lots of topics. we've been doing this since February, so we've covered a lot of ground since then… And more ground and more things and more things and more things. We have just wrapped up a, of course, b and I plus. And, last week, we talked about the leadership team hub. and I was going to talk about the marketing hub today, but there were so many questions, from last week that I decided to do a follow-up on the leadership team hub. So I got…probably thirty or forty questions. We got a whole bunch of support tickets as well that have come in in the past week but I wanted to just address some of those questions today. And we'll do the marketing hub another time. and maybe it'll be when I come back next week or maybe it'll be a little bit later. But, feel free to line up your questions now. And if they don't get answered, I will be happy to, answer those. Alright. So…final reminder, this is being recorded. If you do not want to be a part of the recording, I do share the full transcript and the chat session transcript as well. So, if you don't wanna be a part of either of those, please bail out now and go catch the recording later. So today's session, as I said, is gonna be the leadership team of your questions answered, follow-up FAQs, and practical tips. So I've got a list of about, as I said, about twenty questions that were asked to me in the past week and, actually, three or four questions that were asked on the webinar last week that I I didn't have the answers to. so I found out the answers to those and, got a bunch more. So…here is a a quick list of today's topics and the most common questions that I got asked. we're gonna talk about the forms, the the synchronization of data, the… frequency of reporting and session timeouts and complaints and things like that. So, those are the things we're gonna talk about. But before we do that…I think you guys know what time it is…We have time for a pop quiz. Alright. So we are gonna ask you three questions, and let's see how you guys do with these three questions. Alright? You guys ready? Here we go… Put your answer into the chat window, and, let's see who gets all of these three answers correct. Alright. Ready, set. Question one. When is the information synced with the meeting form…When is the information synced with the meeting form…Good question…Alright. So here's the answer to this one… When you go to create your meeting form, right, when you go to create the meeting form, it reaches into b and I connect and gets all the data at that time. So that means that as long as your stuff is updated in BNI Connect, when you go to create the form, it grabs the data and and pulls the data…at that time. So you could have, you know, just submitted the palms, you know, an hour ago. And when you go to create your meeting form, it will hold that data fresh. Once you've pulled that data, it's now static in your meeting chapter success meeting form. Alright? So it pulls it once, but it does pull it immediately at the time that you create your meeting. Does that make sense… Good job, everyone. Alright. So question number two…Do directors need to create the forms for the chapter…Oh, and looks like everybody here has the right answer, and the answer is no. So there was some confusion, I think, with this product because I got a whole bunch of, support tickets coming mostly from national directors and executive directors said, hey. We went in. We tried to create the form for our chapters, and and we couldn't do it. And here's the deal. You don't have to. That's because the form is universal. Everybody's using the same form, and it's just that the chapters create their form when they have their meeting because they're not creating the form. They're they're they're creating…the report. Right? So they're not creating the form. They're creating the report. So…there's no need for an executive director or a director consultant or a national director or anybody else like that to actually do anything with the form. The form is there for the chapter to use to create their report, and then the the directors, the executive directors, the area directors, the national directors, they could just go in and review it. They can check-in on the chapter, see how they're doing, and things like that. So, answer to that is no, which I think just about everybody got correct. So nice job, everyone…Alright. So last one. How far back can you review the forms that you have submitted? How far back can you review the forms that you have committed? submitted, not committed… Alright. So we're getting a whole bunch of different answers on this one. So this one…so this one's a little bit of a trick question. Alright? So the forms, as of now, we don't have any archive root. Routine for the forms. So the forms will sit there on the server, forever. You know, there may be a time when we have to start archiving after a year or six years or twenty years or whatever it is. But right now, they're they're just there infinitely. So what that means…is you can basically review the forms that have been submitted as long as you still have access to them. So if you are on the leadership team, you're gonna be able to basically review the forms, review the reports…up until the time that you are no longer on the leadership team. Alright? So…the one. After you come off of the leadership team, so let's say I'm president right now, and my president term goes until October first of next year. On October second of next year, I'm not gonna have access to the leadership team hub anymore unless I'm on the membership committee or some other position that has access to it. Okay? So does that make sense… Alright…Great job, everybody. Oh, and just to follow-up that, directors, same thing. You'll have access to all of your chapters that you support…until you no longer support them or until you're no longer a director. Alright. As I said, great job, everyone. Fantastic. So let's start going through some of these FAQs. And the first question was… do we need to submit the form? And here's one of the beauties of this, and here's the reason why this was even created. And we went into this a little bit last week, but, you know, the question I got was…quite quite a lot of questions saying, you know, I I I I can't create the form for my chapters. Right? So…the purpose behind this form is that it is a ready to use standardized…structured form. So every chapter uses the same form, so you're not building. Right? You're not building a form. What you're doing is you're inputting a report based on a form. And when you go to create that report, it pulls all of the, you know, the noteworthy data from that last month. so let's let's just jump right over real quick and take a look at that. So for this, I need to do. I need to log in. Let me log in as my good friend, Alf… who is on the leadership team of his chapter and also of his region. And the place to get into this, of course, is the leadership team hub. So we're gonna jump into the leadership team hub. Now, eventually, the leadership team hub here will also have a bunch more tiles in it for other things that, they might be adding…to help with leadership team responsibilities. But right now, there's just this one thing. So the chapter meeting success form… And, again, the form is already…built and created on the back end. What we're doing is we're recording…a meeting of the leadership team. And to do that, we just click the plus sign. And, again, as soon as I click that plus sign, that's when it pulls in all of the data that's within this report. So, for example, when we pull the vice president section down, this data was just pulled live right this second…from BNI Connect. So if this data had changed…an hour ago, two hours ago, a week ago, this is the most updated data that it can be. However, once I save this report, it is static. It's not gonna change every time I go back in and look at that report. But, again, the the chapter is creating this, not the executive director or the director consultant. So. And, again, you don't want to. Again, you don't want to do this… ahead of time. Right? So an executive director, it's not like, hey. I'm an executive director. I'm gonna go in and create the monthly meeting for all of my chapters. Well, that's gonna put old data into it. By the time they get around to their meeting, you know, two days later, a week later, two weeks later, at the end of the month, whenever it is that they meet, that data that got pulled into this report is gonna be old. Right? We want them creating that at the time they sit down at the meeting so that it is the freshest possible data available… Alright. Now the director's roles in this isn't. Again, they're not in their…accessing and creating and filling out the report. They're there to review it with your leadership teams afterwards. Okay? So, again, executive directors, you guys have management access. It's the chapter leadership teams, though, that are. That do most of the heavy lifting on this actual report… Alright. So that was the first question. the most common question that I got this past week…Alright. Now, again, the the next question, I've covered this a couple of times already, but when is the data captured? So what happens is when we go and we create that form, again, when we put that. When we click that plus sign in the upper right hand corner, that's when very quickly it goes in. It identifies your chapter of BNI Connect, and it pulls the various data…from the the the reports within b and I connect. So, for example, let's go back here. So let's look at these sections real quick. So this right here… it's pulling the goal from your chapter goals. It's pulling your results from the POMS report. Alright? So it's pulling the goals from your chapter goals…and the result from the POMS report…It's pulling your goal number of members from your chapter goals…and then your actually result. Your actual result from the membership dues report, right, and your current roster. Now this chapter, the BNI BIRR chapter, doesn't have any other goals listed, so it only pulled the goals that it has listed. If you're finding that it has missing information here, then you've gotta go in and make sure that you update that stuff in BNI Connect. Right? And just. We've we've done a webinar on this already. I'll probably do another one in the in the next year or so. But the goals in b and I connect, if you need to enter your goals in b and I connect, the place to do that…is operations… chapter. Right? Operations chapter…And let me just make sure I get to my BNI chapter here … Alright. And we go to manage goals…and enter chapter goals. This is where it's pulling all the goals from. Now when you go to enter your chapter goals, it's gonna choose the next six month period, which doesn't start till April. If you want the current period, make sure you click on this month. Click go, and, essentially, it creates this is the goals spreadsheet… Right? So you gotta make sure that your goals are filled out, but here we can see our thank you for closed business goals, fifty thou. Or five hundred thousand, five hundred thousand, five hundred thousand, and number of members in the chapter. Right? So this is where it's pulling the goals from…Alright. Same thing. Secretary treasurer information. It's going… to. This particular one pulls the information from the last meeting. Right? So, we don't keep track of any finances, for the chapter in b and I connect. So it's pulling this number from the last report. so if this number isn't pulling through, make sure that you have last month's report submitted… Alright. Visitor hosts, where is it pulling this information from? Right? So it's pulling this information from your list of visitors that have attended the chapter. Right. Now one question we did get this past month has to do with, is it pulling all visitors, and does it designate between members and guests and, things like. And directors, for example. And the answer right now is no. It does not … Alright. Again, community builder. this is basically pulling it directly from the membership dues report in BNI Connect. so it's letting you know, the number of drop members, number of new members, and your net growth…Okay. Quality assurance. Again, this is… not pulling any reports from BNI Connect…And for the mentor coordinator, it is pulling the new members, that should be participating in the Passport to Success…from the membership dues report. Okay…Alright. So just a couple of tips about, tips about the, making sure that we pull the correct data before you start. Make sure that you've entered entered your chapter goals. Make sure that your visitors have been marked as attended and are all up to date, and the POMS report is up to date. make sure that you've submitted any new member applications and dropped member requests and things like that to your regional office, and that all has been accomplished. And you'll get the most recent numbers. And then, again, once you've created it and saved it, even if it's in draft, the numbers will not get updated… Now along those lines, we did get a number of questions on, well, how often should we be having these success meetings? And the the meeting should be happening once a month. Right? So once a month, try to be consistent on when you do it so that you have the best data, but once a month is the available, or is the recommended time frame. Now there are some people, that I have heard that they have meetings, leadership team meetings every week, or maybe they have a meeting every other week. So…that's fine. If you want to meet more than once a month, great. If you have a super large chapter, a hundred members, a hundred and twenty five members, a hundred and fifty members, you may need to meet more than once a month. That's fine. for the purposes of this system of the actual official chapter, success meeting forms, then… we're only asking that you submit an official report once per month…Alright. So, if you end up skipping a month, that's okay too. you don't necessarily have to go back and complete it, but just know that anything that was part of a previous month, will go back to the last saved report. So, for example, that checking balance for the secretary treasurer, they'll go back to the last submitted report. It'll skip anything in draft or anything that was skipped. Alright? So you may wanna check for draft reports before… Alright. Another question that we had gotten asked last week was…how come I keep losing all my stuff? And you know what…Leadership team meetings sometimes take more than an hour. And there was up until today. actually, today, they just put an update in the system, and there was a one hour time out, for the session. So that that just means if the form has not been saved, either as a draft or submitted, that if that was longer than one hour, it considered the session timed out, and you'd probably get an error message. So there aren't any, it's it's not a Google Doc where it's just constantly saving all the time as you're doing it. So, there was a requirement to save it once an hour. Well, that's been extended to six hours. so one thing I wouldn't do is I wouldn't, go have your meeting and then just close your laptop, go back to your office, and then open it back up later and and then attempt to save it. there are other things that could control the session time out. For example, if your browser actually, you know, shuts off the connection for a while, it may not be able to continue through to that same section, session because sometimes the…you know, your browser refreshes when you first start it back up and things like that. So…if you are going to be leaving and going back later, make sure that you save it as a draft. But now you do have a six hour, you know, period in which to have this meeting. And if your if your leadership team meeting is taking more than six hours, then we should probably have a different, discussion. Right … Alright. Here are a couple of other questions, that we have been getting, on and off throughout the week. So, one question that we got is where. Oh, hold on. Went too far…Sorry about that. Where do I find the saved or submitted forms? And, again, all you have to do is log in. Right? Just log in, and you should be able to see the forms for any chapter that you support. So let's go back here, and let's just go back to our forms. I'm gonna discard that report… Now you are going to only see the forms that you are…Again, for chapters that you support or for your own chapter. I wonder if I have a login for just. Who's my, who's my vice president…let's see. Albert Camus is my vice president…of the, of the BNI BIRB chapter. So I should be able to just log in as, as Albert Camus…So let's let's try this. So I know you see a lot of, stuff on my screen when I log in as, myself or as Alf, but let's try logging in as… mister…Camu … Right. And Albert is the vice president of the chapter, so we should be able to see the leadership team hub here … Right? If we go into the chapter success meeting form, when he logs in, I know you saw my screen full of stuff. This is what a normal chapter member would see when they log in. And, again, as the vice president, I can go in and I can look at these submitted forms. I can view them…and that's it. That's all I can do is I can view them. I can't really do much else when I get in there because they have been submitted… And I wonder if I lost the slide here because one of the other questions, that I got…Looks like I'm missing a slide here. but one of the other questions I got was…when it comes to this part of the meeting. Right? So if we go all the way down to the bottom…the member relations specialists, Are there any complaints? And one of the question was, who gets to see those complaints? And, basically, if it gets entered onto this form, anybody that has access to the form can view it. This isn't, it's not a roles based access control, meaning, you know, well, the president can see this part, but the vice president can only see this part, but the secretary treasurer can only see this part. That's not how this works. it's basically. Once it gets in there, it's kind of like a PDF file that anybody that has access to that PDF file…can see anything in the PDF file. Right? So… that's something to keep in mind when you're creating these reports is you need to make sure that you don't put anything too sensitive into this report, because it will be able to be seen not just by the current leadership team, but also any future director consultant assigned to that chapter or any future leadership team assigned to that chapter. so, yeah, you wanna keep it meaningful, but also…brief. I don't know if that's the word I'm looking for, but…there is this other…section here. It says, please refer to the complaints checklist. Now if you use this form, this is just a stand alone form. It does not get saved in Leadership TeamHub. You can print this form out, fill it fill it out, and turn it into your region. this would be the actual complaint form. Nobody else gets to see the actual complaint form. they can only see… the other…forms … Alright. So that is, that is the question of who can see, the, you know, the the quote, unquote, you know, secure sections of the form. And, you know, again, there aren't any, security related sections of the form…Alright. So why can I only view and print? So, again, the only people that can edit and delete a form…After it's been submitted, you have to send it to support. Right? So once it's submitted, it is going to be locked in place… Alright. Some other…some other questions. Why can't I create this month's form? And you do need to make sure that you submit any previous month's open drafts first. so make sure there are no open drafts…Once those drafts are cleared, you should be able to create a new form. another question was, can I enter a report for a skipped month? And, yes, you can, go and submit a report for a skipped month if you want to… another question was why does a member with several roles appear only once? And it's because the, the form is deduplicated when it's, created. And the section they're talking about here in this question, by the way. So if I go into the leadership team hub…right, when we go to create a new form…and we select attendees, this form is deduplicated. So if there is somebody here, that is. That holds, like, let's say. Let's just say that, Darth Vader, also holds a educational coordinator, also holds a visitor host, also holds, you know, a event coordinator, also is the chapter webmaster, also also also, he's only gonna be showing up once here, in this drop down list for attendance. Okay… Another question was…why can I edit the visitor or membership list? And, again, this is. They're supplied automatically from BNI Connect. If they are incorrect…you need to go back and correct it in BNI Connect. Alright. Another question was, who appears in the past March of Success? And, those are gonna be anybody that has joined in the last three months… what carries forward after a seven month review? The reviewer and comments from the last submitted form. And where does the previous balance come from? And I think we addressed that one already, the current balance on the last submitted form…Alright. So that covers the questions that I got throughout the week. I mean, some of them. There was many, many questions, but these are the most popular ones. let me jump in now and grab the questions out of the q and a. we are at the bottom of the hour, by the way. So if anybody does need to leave right away, doesn't wanna stick around for the rest of the q and a. just a reminder that there is no session next Friday. I will be sitting in the the conference hall for…the BNI Global Convention in Monaco, and then I'll be back the following week. We'll do a quick session that week, and then I'm gonna be gone for three weeks. so we're not gonna start back up again until December. So you guys get a couple of weeks off. You don't have to listen to me, and we will reconnect, again next week, then we'll reconnect again in December…Alright. Let's go back and get some of the rest of your questions. So, let's see. AC Figueroa says. Or, two questions about leadership team hub. one, support director consultant can create a chapter of success meeting forms while others with the same role in BNI Connect cannot. What could explain the difference? And, again, I think we went over that already. really, there's no need for a director or any other role to create the form. That is for your leadership team to do the minute they sit down to have their meeting, they create the form so then they can start filling it out. But there's no need for a director or any other role to create… it except when they sit down to that meeting…And then the second question was when a president or vice president is replaced midterm, how long after updating the role in BNI Connect can the replacement access the hub? And they should be able to replace it, they should be able to jump into any of those things as soon as they have access. So, most of the time, that is a one to three hour synchronization for all the permissions to catch up. so…within an hour. So if you'd make a new president, I I believe an hour later, they should have access to most of these things. Worst case, it might be next day, but, relatively certain it should be within about an hour to three hours … Anbudasan says, how did we conduct power teams effectively? So we don't have a form or a meeting, format here for power teams. that might be available. I would go take a look on, BNI Academy and take a look in the resources section. they may have some documentation or some training on how to conduct PowerTeams. I think that's a great idea for a webinar. However, not for today. I'd have to put some information together, but I think that might be a fun topic to do at some point in the future… Paul says, is there an easy way in BNI to get. Connect to get member names and emails together? Unfortunately, no. not at the member level. there's no easy way to get those together. By the way, in BNI Connect, just for those of you, that might be curious, there is a way to directly email all of the people in your chapter. in other words, get all their email addresses. And if. To do that, what you're gonna do is go to operations chapter. So operations chapter… Go to…create email and email my chapter. And this is going to give you all of the email addresses in, semicolon delimited format that you can copy and paste into a new email and be able to email your chapter quickly and easily. but as has been noted, this does not have everybody's name next to it, so it may make it tough to to figure out who is who. And any of the other reports at the member level…unfortunately…don't have the email address. They just have the names and categories and things like that. So…sorry about that… Yeah. No. I. At the chapter level, there's no no reports. You have to be a director or an executive director, and then there are, some reports that have all the information in them, but nothing at the chapter level…Kieran says, is there a way to record a one to one with a member outside my chapter? Of course, there is. Yes. Absolutely. so…to record a one to one with a chapter member, you have to hit the magnifying glass. So, I'm gonna go ahead and click on one to ones, click submit. And in here, it's search cross chapter. so you just have to search for the person. Now searching for the person… Put in the bare minimum information. So, you can even just put in the first couple of letters of the person's name. I recommend never putting anything into the company, because if you misspell it or…punctuation or anything, it's it's not gonna find it. It needs to be an exact match of the character strings that you put in there. So here we go. We find the person, select them, and that allows us to put in a…cross chapter one to one. You can do the same thing in the mobile app here. Right? So I'm gonna do a one to one. When you're in the mobile app, you need to click the magnifying glass. So if we click in here, it'll bring…the drop down list. Right? If I click the magnifying glass itself, that will allow me to do that cross chapter search… Alright. So that's how you record, and it works the same for, referrals and testim. Referrals and, thank you for closed business as well … also, CEU. So one of the biggest questions we get is I go to enter a CEU, and I can't I can't enter it. I can't enter the. So…silly usability thing…These are like a scroll wheel. You have to actually hold on to it and flick it. Right? Hold on to it and flick it. If anybody remembers the price is right, that is… kind of, you know, where you spin the giant wheel. Right? That's kind of what this is. again, I think it's a little silly, but that is how it works…Alright…Let's see … And, again, PowerTeams, maybe we can do a webinar on that at some time … Let's see. Anne Coppins says … is there a way to correct the goals in b and I connect? And, yes, absolutely. Just. You can just go in and overwrite them. Alright? So the goals in b and I connect, you can submit them as many times as you want to. they are not, they are not permanent once you put them in. So you have full control of your goals. Go in, change them, edit them. You can revise your goals anytime you want to… is the secretary able to create a chapter success meeting form? let me go back to our…If we go into our help section, the LT Hub…leadership team hub user guide, who can create the forms? That's all that can do it … Robin says, question about the leadership intro slides. We're trying to have the membership committee jobs listed on the slides. Those specific members have been marked on chapter roster. I'll tell you what. Let me come back to that one because that's BNI plus. So let me come back to that in a second. If we have time at the top of the hour, I will do that. Okay? let's see. Gustavo says, where can I find the member complaint form? The member complaint form is going to be on the bottom of any leadership team hub form… So I have my chapter success meeting form. If I scroll all the way down to the bottom…into the member relations special to specialist section. So you have to go into that section…and there is the form. If you want, I'm gonna drop…that into the chat window…And I don't know if that will work or not, but, hopefully, that helps…Anonymous says we have some issues with our chapter consultant who is overruling decisions, not communicating changes to change over, and a bunch of people aren't aware…the best thing to do is to…talk to your executive director or your managing director. they're the ones that can help in that type of situation … Alright. If you're in b and I connect. So I'm gonna go to b and I connect… If you happen to be in b and I connect, click on the question mark in the bottom left hand corner. So right here, that'll take you to the help site. When you are on the help site, this is all of our various help sections. Click on b and I plus. There you go. There's our onboarding videos. So that's that…Couple more questions here. Does the whole team get to read what is in the report, especially when discussing team performance? there can be sets of sensitive items. So, again… the membership committee, if you. The the best thing to do is just go look at this, at the. Here we go. How can we help you … Is to basically look at these, and this tells you who can review the form. So if you are on the leadership team, you can view it. So that is not open to the public. It is an internal. It's more of a a retreat for all of the tech people in BNI. So all of the full time employees…Pankaj says, please guide to log in to the BNI plus and what kind of support from the regional. so to log in to BNI plus, if you have access to it, you just go to my b n I dot com, log in, and you should see BNI plus there. If it is not there, it's not yet activated in your country, and you need to go talk to your executive director… Zana says, I'm new in BNI. What is a power team? So a power team. So if you look at your chapter, right, and your chapter has, let's just say, thirty people in it. Right? The thirty people of all different professions… A power team is a smaller group within that chapter that usually naturally works together, and it's gonna be…professions that complement each other. For example, I'm a computer guy. So as a computer guy, am I going to have a lot of referrals for the Mary Kay person in my chapter or for the…you know, the painter, the house painter or, you know, somebody like that and even the mortgage broker. And the answer is no. Not really because I'm not having financial conversations or construction conversations with my clients. I'm talking about technology, and that's a natural conversation for me to have. So the people that I'm more likely to be… referring business to on a regular basis is gonna be people in technology. So it's gonna be the the guy that sells copiers and printers, the Internet service provider, the AI consultants, these. Maybe even the social media consultant, the website designer. So when I start meeting with those people that I have a natural connection to, that's called a power team. And it just means that you're trying extra hard with the people that you would naturally have referral relationships with. So it's a. It's more of a concept than anything else… So, again, Pankaj, you can check out the BNI plus help section. And if you don't, if you don't have access to it, then you need to talk to your executive director…Glory says, is there a template report to fill in DC visit reports? And it's a super simple form. It's just which chapter, when did you visit, who visited…and on a scale of one to five, how awesome is that chapter and any comments you wanna put in. Easy as that. Not not as, sophisticated as the, the leadership team hub, but…it's there … Pankaj says, what does your regional office have to do? They need to coordinate with the national office who needs to coordinate with Sam Spueller. so, again, your executive director should be in touch with your national director. Your national director should be working with Sam Spueller … Simon says, we email a list of visitors and our chapter members. I'm being asked to include email addresses and phone numbers. Though useful, is this a potential breach of GDPR? honestly, I am not a GDPR consultant, so I don't have an answer to that. Yeah. I would check with your executive director who can. If necessary, they can check-in with our legal team, at headquarters … let's see. Shahab, says as the chapter operations manual, the quality insurance is responsible for reviewing applications, managing interviews, and overseeing boarding. so I don't. And, yes, you can have. You. The trick with testimonials is you need to be connected to them first. Once you're connected to somebody, it doesn't matter what chapter they're in. They could be anywhere around the world. You have to send them a connection request. Once you are connected to them, you can give them a testimonial… Simon says, is there a way to limit the maximum number of visitors before availability to a meeting closed? And, unfortunately, no. At this time, there is not. Great suggestion, though, for a future update…Shahab says in the b and I connect app, the register button is not working when accessing events. Is this a global issue? I came across that bug last week, and I submitted it to the developers. Industry for a CEU? So here's the deal. CEUs are self managed. So you can. You in. You can put in a CEU… for anything that is relevant…to networking and BNI. So a CEU is not…taking continued credits because you're an accountant and you have to take so many credits a year. but if you're learning about, you know, networking or BNI or…even business development, then that should qualify as a CEO … Hankaj says, what is the input field for a support ambassador in BNI Connect? I don't understand that question. I'm sorry … The BNI Connect profile completion percentage is not showing for some members even though they do not hold any leadership positions. I have not heard of this. As far as I know, the profile completion should show for everybody. for those of you that may not know what we're talking about, if I go to, my profile … Right here, it says one hundred percent complete. So it should show that meter for everybody. if it's not, maybe that's a bug and need to know a little bit more about it … anonymous says my chapter doesn't have a director consultant. The executive director is overstepping their bounds. I don't know if an executive director can overstep their bounds. They are the franchise owner…of that BNI region, so…it's kind of within their bounds. If you feel that you have a complaint against your executive director, the next level up from that is to speak with your national office. So, but, again, the franchise owner generally… is the one in charge of their regions … Darlene says, as a leadership team member, is there a way to check if we have permissions? There's no way to check the permissions grid as a leadership team person. You can always submit a support ticket, or check with your regional team … That says I did not preregister my visitor when I. how do I register them after? So after the meeting, your visitor host or your secretary treasurer can enter them. to do that, they would go into operations … chapter and…visitor registration and attendance portal is before the meeting, but a visitor host or a secretary or a vice president would be able to record a visitor or manage visitors after a meeting. Right? So they could record a visitor that was not preregistered and enter them in here after the meeting … Alright. We're just about out of times … Alright. So we did have one question about BNI plus. So let me just, answer this BNI plus question, real quick from Jacob Haddan…so to update the leadership positions in BNI plus. So let's go take a look at that real quick. So I'm just gonna go…into…BNI…Plus…Right? And I'm gonna go in and log in to… my chapter here. So if I go and look at the agenda, right, and we go and we look at the welcome, so what you're probably talking about is, let's say, we're introducing the membership committee five plus. Right? And here's what is showing in my chapter. In this chapter. So…the thing is is I can't really look much at this because this is a regional slide. Right? So if it's. If you needed to. If it's only showing the membership committee and not showing all the individual roles, or maybe you're talking about the… This one here. Right? And it's only showing this and you. It's only showing this membership committee. It's not showing any of the individual membership committee matter. Members. What you need to do is you need to basically add those to the slide, and there's two ways to do that. Right? So if…the the first thing is to go talk to your your regional director because they have access to that slide. They can make the change and make the update for the whole region. If if not, you can do it for just your chapter, but you need to make a copy of the slide first. So I'm just gonna…show my welcome visitors section, and I'm gonna make a copy of a slide. So I'm gonna make a copy…of the introduce leadership and membership…copy, And now I have a copy of that slide here. So I'm gonna rename this to…my copy… Now that I have this, I can now make changes if I want to. Right? So I have the membership committee down here. There's two things I could do. I could just add the other membership committee to this. So I just double click on this. And right now, it says that it's just putting in at membership committee. Well, I just need to do at… membership committee community builder, at membership committee member engagement, at membership committee member relations…at membership…quality assurance. Right? And if I do that, now it will list all of those different people on the on the form. I can preview it. There we go. It will now list all of the people, in those various positions. So that's one way to do it. You could also do it as a, you know, make another slide that just has all those different, positions on it with a label above it. Right? So that is how to do that… With that, we are at the top of the hour. So I do need to, again, we won't be here next week. So if you show up, you're gonna be, sitting on hold for a while. Not gonna be here next week. I will be back the week after, and then we're gonna take a couple more, sessions off…So with that, thank you guys so much for being here. There is a QR code to go and, grab the recording a little bit later if you want to, and I look forward to seeing you all soon. In the meantime, have an amazing weekend, and… happy connecting. Thank you, everyone …
