So here’s the first problem, I don’t know where the website is that I should be on to find this page. I know, seems basic, but the only page that I’m directed to is the help page.
If I could find the actual login page I would no longer need this help page.

Hello, I am based in Indonesia. In 2022 one of my staff helped set up an alternative email using our office email, but we no longer used that account. I still use my personal email account to login and access BNI Connect website and app, however I was also asked to verify my email using that inactive email address. Anyone from BNi Indonesia or BNi Central can help?
