S = Substitute
RGI = INSIDE Referrals Given
RGO = OUTSIDE Referrals Given
RRI =INSIDE Referrals Received

Please speak with your Assistant Director or Regional Office to find out more about the categories or how your region and\or chapter calculates and tracks specific things.

What is a "continuing education unit"? I have never heard of a CUE. Is this something that should be recorded in PALMS data?

Josh,

CEU Stands for Continuing Education Units.  Some regions use this to track hours spent in training.  Please check with your Assistant Director or Executive Director for information about how this is used in your region.

Why in the name of all that is holy does it require a support post to have information that anyone with half a brain would include on the bloody page?

If you have the permissions to do so, the PALMS report can be accessed through Reports>Chapter>Summary PALMS Report.  Please note that this is a regionally assigned permission, so if the option is not there, please do contact your regional BNI office who will be able to discuss this further with you.

Hope this helps!

Have you considered to track received TYFCB? I know the mindset is Givers Gain, how ever received value is a great tracking point for the member committee to spot and help members that does not get value for time and money.

When doing the VP report how do  you report total referals passed?  Do you total RGI, RGO, RRI AND RRO?

Dot, that is something that you should discuss with your Director Consultant as to the preference in your particular region.  Generally speaking, during the spoken VP report in our chapter, we simplify it and total the numbers together.

Any idea on what the 'T' might indicate?

James,

I believe that in some countries, they track TESTIMONIALS through the T column.  Please check with your local Director Consultant as to how it might be used in your region  :- )
